Bill Zebub had planned to release a limited edition DVD called "The Grimoire of Exalted Deeds Magazine DVD Volume 1" which was to contain some of the most outrageous video-interviews he had conducted for his magazine (The Grimoire of Exalted Deeds).

Readers of the magazine have been very curious about what goes on. 

Bill Zebub decided not to put together FULL interviews because people who are not die-hard fans of the bands consider such footage to be the same as a stranger's vacation videos - there are funny parts but unless there is a personal interest in the people viewers can lose their focus.  (But if you are a fan, you will love every moment).

The good news is that only the most hilarious (or most interesting) interview moments will shown.  This allows Bill Zebub to drastically increase the number of bands that can be included on one DVD.  By splicing together clips from dozens of bands, it will feel like a documentary of sorts.  It is not clear yet whether there will be narration or if there will be a stream-of-consciousness feeling.

There will be some live performances as well, which might help people regain their normal breathing patterns. 

Some interviews will not be cut.  These will be presented in their own chapters. One such interview is the drunken after-show interview between Metal Queen and Finntroll.  (But there is more Finntroll fun to be had).

There may also be funny material that was NOT included in BLACK METAL: A DOCUMENTARY and BLACK METAL: THE NORWEGIAN LEGACY,

Althought the name has changed, Grimoire fans will rejoice in the bonus chapter of Grimoire Girls.

Look for this release in early 2009!

"This tongue-in-cheek horror is so bad it's awesome!  Full of babes, blood, and just a good time throughout.
THE WORST HORROR MOVIE EVER MADE is just great horror fun.How many axe jokes can an axe murderer use?  What fart tolerance do most people have?  This film answers it all.
A group of friends hook up for a game of cards but one by one they end up dead, all bar the hosts, who do a runner.
Running from the law they encounter every kind of horror scenario possible, but with hilarious twists along the way. 
I loved the Allah-caholics scene, and you can't beat a werewolf with pig tails. 
You haven't seen anything like this before.  It's fantastic to watch.

The frontman for TURISAS, known as WARLORD, participated in an interview for the upcoming documentary about Pagan Metal (also called Folk Metal).

The guitar player had participated in BLACK METAL: THE NORWEGIAN LEGACY, and the band has DVD's on their American tour (which is still active.  They are playing at THE CHANCE in New York on Monday, December 1).

WARLORD also answered some questions for the upcoming DVD that was originally titled "THE GRIMOIRE OF EXALTED DEEDS MAGAZINE DVD VOLUME 1" which has changed into "METAL RETARDATION."

This is a band that should be seen in a live setting.  For that reason, their performance was captured on film and excerpts will be featured in both DVD's.

Additionally the vocalist and guitar player shot cameo scenes for Bill Zebub's tragicomedy called "Rap Sucks."

The metal celebrities are increasing in number for that production.

This magazine has been very supportive of the works of BILL ZEBUB. 

in the November 2008 issue THE WORST HORROR MOVIE EVER MADE was reviewed alongside other horror movies that feature metal music in the soundtrack.

Quoting excerpts from reviewer, Rob Hauschild,  "This slaphappy schlocker has something to quench everyone's thirst for the rotten, and manages to be both tasteless and hilarious in the same gasp of breath.  If Kevin Smith were funnier nad had better taste in music, this would be the movie he would sell his soul to make."

Pungent Stench member, Alex, has just given permission for the use of Pungent Stench music, which is an awesome bit of news to receive.

In addition to a blistering metal soundtrack, this movie will have quite a few cameos by metal celebrities.  So far, members of Finntroll, Ensiferum, and Amon Amarth have been filmed, and many more are to grace this film.

This movie is scheduled for a 2009 Summer release.  Bill Zebub needs to film a couple of horror movies first, but he is wasting no opportunity to make "Rap Sucks" a movie that is packed with the best of the metal world.

It seems that this documentary is so delicious that it will be playing in a New York theater on October 9.

Members of Finntroll have also just filmed scenes for the upcoming movie "Rap Sucks" - they play themselves.  One fo the characters in the movie has prophetic visions of metal gods telling him secrets in other languages.  You an't have a movie called "Rap Sucks" without also including metal celebrities.  More celebrities are forthcoming.

The much-awaited GRIMOIRE OF EXALTED DEEDS DVD VOLUME ! has been pushed back to an August/September release, but the good news is that it will be a 4-hour DVD.  It will still contain interviews with Tyr, Finntroll, Candlemass (original line-up), Cannibal Corpse, and Leaves' Eyes as a volley of new talks, but it will also contain older interiews with GWAR, Nevermore, King Diamond, Amon Amarth, and Type O Negative.  Additionally, it will contain audio from the legendary Darkthrone and Venom interviews - but what will the video be? If you guessed "A slideshow of Grimoire Girls" then you are correct! 

Bill Zebub will be doing a fill-in show Monday, June 9 on 91.1 FM (NJ/NY area) and also streamed on the Internet at www.wfmu.org from noon-3pm (New York time) as "Professor Dum Dum"

Bill Zebub will be doing a WEEKLY Saturday night show on that same station from midnight-3am, starting on June 21, as Professor Dum Dum.  The radio station website will also provide archives of the show in MP3 and Realaudio formats, and podcasts are also available.  The show is partially a music program and partially a call-in show in which people participate in bizarre discussions.

Our metal brother, Earl Root, has lost his battle this weekend.  We grieve the passing of this great man.  It has been told that he died while asleep.  It is our hope that the last moments were happy.

There will be a viewing party for METALHEADS: THE GOOD, THE BAD, & THE EVIL on Thursday, June 12, 9:30pm-11pm at THE LOOP LOUNGE in Passaic, New Jersey.  Be among the first to see this amazing tragicomedy!  Most of the cast will be there for a meet-and-greet. 

Bil Zebub's movie "METALHEADS: The Good, the Bad, and the Evil" has been finalized and submitted for replication.  The movie will be available for purchase (DVD) in June.  This movie stars Emily Thomas as the female lead.  Fans of pro wrestling will be excited to see Carl "CHAOS" Williamson and George "The Slayer" Stiso. 

Bill Zebub will be at Chiller Theatre May 2-4, and rumor has it that at least three actresses from WORST HORROR will be there signing autographs.  Among the cool celebrities there that weekend will be Willam Forsythe (Devi's Rejects, Halloween, 88 Minutes).  He is one of the most approachable celebrities on the horror convention circuit.

Bill Zebub will be presenting his wares at the Maryland Deathfest in May.  METALHEADS: THE GOOD, THE BAD, & THE EVIL should be out by then, as well as THE GRIMOIRE OF EXALTED DEEDS DVD VOLUME 1.  It is also hoped to have at least one new T-shirt design available. 

Cinema Wasteland is officially the first horror convention to announce the screening of Bill Zebub's latest experiment in outrageousness.  THE WORST HORROR MOVIE EVER MADE will be shown 11:30 PM at CINEMA WASTELAND (click on that word for a link to the site) on APRIL 4, 2008.

(Diane Thornton from the ILSA movies is going to be a guest at this convention, by the way).  Treat yourself to an early vacation that will keep you energized for the rest of the year.

It's official.  Bloodthorn interviews are done and will be part of "Black Metal: The Norwegian Legacy" which is slated for a May 2008 release.

A screening party (and DVD release party) will be held on February 21 (a Thursday night) at THE CLASH BAR, which is on 39 Harding Ave in Clifton.  New Yorkers rejoice, because you can take a bus from Port Authority (the 190 bus) which can drop you off at teh corner of Main ave & Harding Ave - you will be mere inches away from the screning.  And a bus back to NY comes by every 10 minutes.

The party is for the re-make of THE WORST HORROR MOVIE EVER MADE.  The event starts at 9pm.  You get to watch some crazy music videos while you get drunk and meet the cast.  Other directors, producers, and press will be present, so it's a great networking experience.  The actual movie begins at 10pm and ends at midnight.  You are welcome to stay and mingle with the cast and others.
